This year Wales is proud to be holding the first ever European Individual Championships to be held in conjunction with the team event to take place on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

 

Thursday

• Thursday will consist of 2 sessions of 10 games, The first heat being drawn at the briefing and the second being seeded from the first session.

Friday

• The first 14 riders will then compete in a semi final of 8 games on the Friday.
• Positions 15-21 will compete in a C fi nal of 8 games and positions
• Positions 22- 28 will compete in an 8 game D fi nal also on the Friday.

Saturday

• Saturday evening will be our Grand Final of the top 7 riders in Europe and to mark such a prestigious occasion we have managed to obtain sponsorship for a prize fund of £2200!!!!!!!!!!
• This will be split £100 for the winner of any game in the Grand Final and a massive £1000 to the overall winner of the competition.
• We are inviting each country to select 2 riders to compete in this event which would give us a total of 28 riders. If you are unable to send 2 riders please let us know ASAP. We will then be using the remaining places as “Wild Cards” to invite any other individual we choose to select from any Country to enter the competition to allow us to have a full capacity Championship and truly find the best individual rider in Europe.

IN THE INTEREST OF PONY WELFARE A RIDER MUST NOT USE THE SAME PONY IN BOTH THE TEAM AND THE INDIVIDUAL EVENT ALTHOUGH THE RIDER MAY COMPETE IN BOTH EVENTS
